FIRST OF ALL, THAT WASN’T A DATE! THAT’S JUST COFFEE! AN INNOCENT CUP OF COFFEE! =))

20 REASONS WHY I POSTED THESE OLD PHOTOS:

1. We don’t have any decent recent photo.  Heck, we don’t even have any recent photo. :’c
2. Because lately I haven’t hung out at McDonald’s Greenbelt.  :’c
3. And because it’s sad that bubble gum McFloats doesn’t exist anymore. :’c
4. And the “Bounce” smelling Kashieca store in Glorietta doesn’t exist anymore too. :’c
5. I’ve just noticed the other day, but I haven’t taken any picture inside any fitting room for such a long time.  :’c  
6. I haven’t found another soul that owned the same pair of feet with the same amazing strength to raid all the stores in the four malls that I could blindfoldedly walk around - Greenbelt, Landmark, Glorietta and Rustan’s. :’c 
7. Because I still cuss everytime I remember the Glorietta 2 bombing. :’c
8. I haven’t watched “Finding Nemo” again in such a long time.  :’c
9. Nobody got me when I chanted “No eating here tonight! No, no, no, eating here tonight!” when I considered dieting.  :’c  …when I considered dieting for 5 seconds. :’c
10. “Light Years Away” played last night on my last hour at the office and I rushed to the CR because I teared up a little. :’c
11. I read your blog everyday and watch how you grow wittier and prettier each day. I thank Tumblr because at least, I don’t miss that part. :’c
12. The Cantonese Rice at Glorietta tastes the same.  :’c  I haven’t brought one into the Cinema since you.  :’c :’c
13. The e-Lounge where I never really sat down to go online is still there. :’c
14. Lately, I haven’t gotten any answers with sense when I ask “Name a good song..” :’c
15. I follow the amazing mixtapes you make.  And I’m jealous of the people you make them for.  :’c
16. I look away from your gate everytime I pass by Merced. :’c
17. Daddy forgets a lot of things and Mommy doesn’t walk that fast anymore. :’c  But they talk about you when I’m with them, do they talk about me when they’re with you? :’c
18. Your Christmas gift is still in my closet. :’c
19. And I didn’t celebrate my birthday with you.  :’c
20. Lastly, and well, maybe it’s the only reason, too:  I MISS YOU CEEJAE.  :’c  I have a lot more to say but you see, we don’t own our blogs like we used to back in piczo and blogspot.  So text me?  I love you and I miss you so much.

We’re no bros like his bros, but I felt like that code applies to my relationship with my brother.  

Why? 

In every fight that I fought, he was (not in front of me, not behind me but) BESIDE me.  He hated a ton of people (for no reason) just because he knew I hated them.  And vice-versa.  LOL.  It’s irrational and lame.  But that’s just how we roll.  Hello Nikho.  Stop messing with my ask box.  I know it’s you.  >_<

For the past 23 years I’ve always ended January well because the 31st is my parents’ anniversary.  And yes, they’re not the type of couple who leaves their children out of the celebration, so me and my brother have always been in the picture.  According to my dad, me and Nikho are proof of how far they’ve gotten as a couple so we gotta be with them.  =)) 

For their anniversary night this year, we had a nice dinner at Shakey’s, Malate - where it always felt like home and where, by the way, at 1:00 in the morning - “SWEET” made a surprise appearance!  We whoa’ed and wowed at fabness that she is - that was my birthday host for 3 years I’m talking about people - and she even stayed at our table until her boyfriend arrived and took her away.  =)) 

I LOVE MY PARENTS.  I used to think about their relationship as flawless but let’s face it, at some point, some unfortunate shit does happen.  Shit that almost sent me jumping off a cliff.  Echos.  Just got me running out the highway, screaming and crying, ruining my pair of Charles & Keith heels.  (=_+)  But then I thought about it - 23 years of awesome, a bro of a brother, a wall of family pictures, Peking Duck dinners, weekend shopping sprees and my credit cards that they pay for me?  I mean, come on.  I wouldn’t wanna mess with that.  

No.  Haha.  Just kidding people.  :))

But seriously speaking.  The pull that my family have to each other - It’s ineffable.  You mess with one, you mess with the whole group.  We’re a package.  No amount of embarrassment, failures, distance, money issues or even badly cooked dinner could ever take us down.  That’s how tight our bond is.  A MIGHTY BOND.  =))

So here’s to the couple who gives me a reason to still believe in TRUE LOVE…

• …I rapped with my bestfriend for. the. first. time. ever.  to J. lo’s “All I Have”  WADUP.
• …Divaz night was held (while the boys were outside) featuring Jobane, Lanie, April, Tessa, Ruth and yours truly.  =)) 
• …I think we actually sang all the 90’s boybands songs possible.  Suweet.
• …We sang out our hearts until the wee hours of the morning - which we haven’t done in so many months.

Me, Ruth and Dennis - streetfoodtripping at the “banchetto”-like bazaar held in front of the Makati City Hall - where in all fairness, the barbeque and bagoong rice I ate were actually pretty good.  I even saw this beautiful red crocheted cover up at one of the tents but wasn’t able to buy because I had no more cash then.  I came back to buy it but the bazaar was already gone. 

ANYHOO.  I just overranted on a supposed to only be a photocaption.  Wadup.  :s

I had a really crappy week.  So instead of getting a haircut that I’ll regret a few days later, I decided to get my nails done and chose a color that I thought I’ll regret - BUT DIDN’T.  So what if it looks like l played with liquid paper? I’m totally pulling this off people.  =))  WHITE NAILS FTW!
